Security Requirements at Wayne County Probate Court
When entering the Wayne County Courthouse make sure you plan ahead for security. The court doesn’t allow cameras, camera phones, recording devices, weapons or cutting instruments to enter the courthouse.
Hours of Operation
The court is open Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm and is closed during most major holidays.
The court closes for lunch daily from 12:30pm-1:30pm
